- Verifiable employment and proof of income (3x the rental rate).
- Any fraudulent information or discrepancies will result in IMMEDIATE DENIAL.
- Criminal convictions may affect approval.
- Approval may require additional deposit.
- All applicants are subject to a credit screening to determine eligibility and deposit amount.
